Cha Sarabela and Dhakaiya Kacchi Restaurant, Dinajpur

I explored an interesting restaurant in Dinajpur city of Bangladesh. In fact, there are two restaurants with identical management. I found out about it when I visited this restaurant with my friend and some of her relatives last year. The restaurants are located next to each other. The Cha Sarabela restaurant offers drinks and snacks, while the Dhakaiya Kacchi is well-known for its delicious biryani.

Both restaurants are adjacent and separated by a single wall, so their locations are identical.

My first impression

I have visited the Cha Sarabela Restaurant twice. Previously, when I visited the restaurant, it was not fully developed. But during my last visit, I found it so wonderful that I am going to share some of my favorite moments here. When you first walk into the restaurant, the lovely interior will make you feel great, but if the restaurant is unable to serve you well, the interior impression may not always be positive. Because even though every restaurant has a lovely interior, the majority of them do not serve tasty or reasonably priced food. After seeing the stunning interior, I had a positive first impression.

Cha Sarabela was famous for its various teas and drinks. However, they have now converted in the restaurant. I went there to try some new drinks. Unfortunately, I was unable to consume the beverages I desired. Because the majority of the drinks on their menu card were not available at that time except for some types of coffee. As a result, I cannot provide a review of the drinks.

Price of coffee

Actually, I ordered a type of unique tea that was not available. Without tea or coffee, you can order snacks from the restaurant. My friend's relative drank some coffee from here. Coffee prices vary depending on the type, such as regular coffee or chocolate coffee.

I apologize for not being as attentive while taking pictures, so the price of the coffee is missing from the menu, but the price of coffee ranges between 0.41 USD and 0.66 USD, or slightly more depending on the type.

There is another section located after these tables where you can enjoy drinks a little more privately. This section is located behind the cash counter

Beautiful Interior

The restaurant's interior is my favorite feature and the most fascinating aspect. The restaurant's interior wall features designs with varying textures, which sets it apart from other restaurants. There are different colors on the wall and the paitings were excellent. Some beautiful hangings were set on the wall which makes the wall look more beautiful. The light from the beautiful lamps illuminates the beautiful interior, and the lamp's design gives the interior a classical appearance.

Traditional Touch

I was glad to see some tarditional showpieces alongside the beautiful interior. You will feel that we are forgetting the joy of our own culture and simply replicating it since the majority of restaurants have failed to offer something traditional through their business. They keep traditional items on the wall rack.

The rack displayed traditional cooking pots, lamps, and other items. Except for the beautiful interior, I believe that all restaurants should try to present something traditional.

Conclusion

This restaurant was well-designed. However, they must display a live chart of their food menu or the food/drinks that are available for customers to order. The price of the coffee appears to be slightly higher, but it could be lower. I reccomend everyone to visit this restaurant. I rate this restaurant 5.5 out of 10.

My first impression upon entering Dhakaiya Kacchi

To be honest, when I entered Dhakaiya Kacchi restaurant, I got the same vibe as when I entered other restaurants because the interior of this restaurant is very similar to other restaurants and there is nothing particularly special about it. This restaurant is not as spacious as Cha Sarabela.

These seats are suitable for three to four people	There are seats in the restaurant that are suitable for two people, or you can sit alone

Dhakaiya Kacchi Food review: Birayani

Biryani

According to my friend's recommendation, I went there to try biyani. My friend ordered Dhakaiya kacchi half menu-1 from the menu card. The dish is actually mutton biryani, which costs approximately $2.39 USD. When I received the meal, I assumed it was a typical biryani, but it was not. It was delicious, but it seems too oily to me. The meat pieces were of reasonable size and were hidden in the rice. I did not take pictures of the meats. The meats and eggs were satisfactory but not particularly outstanding.

Salad

The salad was average, but not exceptional, as I had in a restaurant in our nearest city. There were only cucumbers on the salad. I was expecting more veggies and spices in the salad.

The food of Dhakaiya Kacchi was good. You will undoubtedly enjoy it, even though it was not particularly noteworthy, which I had hoped for. I give this biryani 6.2/10.
