The Travel Diary Game "The joy of traveling to historical places" Date-10/08/2025
Assalamu Alaikum.
Hello everyone,
I am @sojib1996
From #Bangladesh
How are you all? I hope everyone is well. Alhamdulillah I am fine too. Today I will share a diary game on Traveling Steem Community. I will share some of those happy moments in the diary dated 10/08/2025
Thumbnail Image Of The Day
Like every day, I woke up this morning, and today I feel very refreshed. After waking up, I took a fresh bath, and then I went to Steemit like every day and spent time there.

Date | Tea |
I feel hungry while working. I ate bread and vegetables for breakfast. Then I left for my office. After some time, I reached the office, and there my boss brought dates from Saudi Arabia and gave them to each staff member. I also ate Saudi dates. The dates were very delicious and I ate them with great satisfaction.
Thus, when noon came, I had lunch, and I continued to do office work. Today, I plan to go for a walk after office work. Today, I will go to Ahsan Manzil, a historical place in our country, so I took a rickshaw to get there.
Entry Ticket
To enter there, I bought a ticket from the ticket counter for only 40 taka (2.5 steem). 40 taka for our citizens and 500 taka for foreigners (30.30 steem). Ahsan Manzil is the home of the Nawabs.
Building
Nawab Abdul Ghani was the founder of this manzil, and it was named after his beloved son Khwaja Ahsanullah. The construction of this manzil started in 1859 and was completed in 1872, after which Ahsan Manzil was renovated many times. It was damaged heavily in two earthquakes and was quickly rebuilt. Thus, Ahsan Manzil went up for auction after the death of the Nawabs, then Sheikh Mujib's government stopped selling it at auction and kept all its furniture as a museum.
location Signboard
In 1992, this museum was opened to everyone. The color of this manzil is pink, so it looks bright in the sunlight. There is a signboard there to indicate the direction of the museum.

Wood Window | Mug, jug |
Inside the museum there are brass jugs, mugs, wooden windows used by the Nawabs to use these things at that time.

Skeleton Head | Door |
Also, there we see the elephant skeleton head, and elephants were common at that time, which they used for various works. Next to it was a door made of iron, which was very strong and heavy. While it was forbidden to touch these with my hands, I touched them, and they felt very heavy.
Sitting area
We saw this and went to the front room, where something better was waiting for us. There I saw the sitting area of the Nawabs where they used to spend time sitting and drinking fruit juice while sitting. There we saw a table which was very decorated, and on the table we saw a pot which was made of Kasar.

Water Drum | Water filter Machine, Decorated Pitcher |
On the edge of the room, I saw 2 drums for storing water, and next to them, a water purifier and a golden pot where the Nawabs always kept gold ornaments in this pot. The bowl is made of brass, so its color has turned black, and the water drum is made of brass, which was shiny.
Chair
As I went forward, I saw a chair for the Nawabs to sit there. The chair was quite designed, there was a wooden door behind it, which was only a souvenir. Since these were from that time, they are still carefully cleaned.

Corridor, Knife, plate
There are many corridors there. I kept looking and going to the next corridor. I saw a plate, a knife, and a designed container for food. It was very beautiful, especially the food containers. There were containers made of different colors, but since these were inside the glass, they could not be touched.
Naturally
In this way, after visiting the museum for some time, I came to see the nature outside. Although this place is located next to the river Buriganga, which flows through our city, the environment there was quite cold. There are some stairs outside the temple, it is in front of the temple, so it is quite beautiful to see, and there are a lot of people there to take pictures.
Italian
Apart from our countrymen, people from different countries also come there to see the temple. I see an Italian citizen there and I take pictures with him. I had a good talk with him, and there was a lot of sincerity.
Thus, it is almost 6 pm, as per the rules, this temple closes after 6 pm, and everyone who is there comes out. I also took a rickshaw from there and came home and freshened up.
Khichuri Cooking
It is almost evening. Today we are doing a khichuri cooking program with friends, where we cook khichuri with the help of a cook. Today, all of us will have khichuri for dinner.

Unu playing Time
So with joy, we play Unu with friends, it is a new game, much like playing cards, and it is a very fun game. We spend time playing Unu. When the khichuri is cooked, we all eat khichuri together. Khichuri was very fun, and everyone happily finished the dinner with Khichuri.
After eating and drinking, we played Uno for some more time. When the game was over, we came from our friend's house to our house. We came back and freshened up, and went to sleep.
