Infinite Ignorance

This is part three of our mini series. You can read past notes to get the idea.
Things that make you go, “Hmmmmm?” Remember that? We pop this nostalgia in here with no context, because these days, If you know, you know. We’re not gonna let you fake the funk. If someone made a reference to a Kendrick Lamar song, I guarantee you I’d miss it. (I might even think it’s cool. Just don’t have the time or interest to check him out. Not yet at least.)

But the question is, “Why do these things make you go hmmm?”
Because they don’t make sense. Sense isn’t intelligence. Sense isn’t data. It’s not information. (Well, in a sense, it is information, but not in a material sense.) That’s another one of those lexiconical mince-mind operations they foisted upon us. Sense, means sense. Our seven senses. If it doesn’t look right, sound right, smell right… it’s not making sense. It’s a warning mechanism. You stick your nose in the milk that’s beyond its expiration date. You see the date, you smell the milk, you shake it up and feel the chunks, and hear those same chunks in the box… “hmmmm.” That’s “common sense” my friends. Your senses have come to a common conclusion; The milk is bad, don’t drink it. But maybe you don’t trust “common sense” – so you taste it. “YEEECH!” Now your sense of taste has told you it’s bad, your sense of touch when that milk hit your tongue told you it was bad, and your internal sense of “feeling some kinda way” is about to tell you that the milk is bad.

Get it? All your senses agree.

Something is rotten in Denmark and your common senses are warning you. And your response is, “Hmmmm.”
Next. Now serving number 1627.

The bigger the lie, the more humans will believe it. The greater the number the more humans will believe it, because it’s impossible to verify. Someone takes an aerial photo of the Million Man March, and experts say, “Yeah, that looks like a million men.” They measure the size of an average man and the coverage of the area, formulate it and -“scientifically”- determine, “Yup, that’s a million alright.” Another “expert” looks at the same image and declares it’s short of a million. The next day there are arguments in barber shops across America.

The global population hit 7 billion in Y2K. I was in Vancouver BC at the time. I saw the headline. But even before that, in the 1990s, I think, “They” (the over population crisis mongers) were saying that there were more people living on Earth right now, than have ever been.

That made me go, “Hmmmm.” Because it didn’t make sense. My first question was, “How do they know that? Dead Sea Scrolls? Egyptian hieroglyphs?” Who counted?

If you’ve already watched the first two parts, you know that We’ve already speculated that there may have been billions more humans on the planet a thousand years ago, and that the extermination of this bi-pedal vermin is a very long process – at least from our perspective. But I’ve said too much. We must save some extinction doom for future essays.
