In our lives, we often see people who love to work intensely. In fact, I myself love to work because doing work has always been my preference. I have observed that when we remain idle and do not work, various kinds of problems arise in our lives. Especially, many negative thoughts start coming to our mind. But if a person stays engaged in work, such bad thoughts are less likely to come. In other words, negative thoughts cannot easily enter the mind. There is a saying: “An idle mind is the devil’s workshop.” Similarly, if a person stays actively involved in work, no harmful thoughts can invade the mind.

That is why I truly believe that staying engaged in work is very important. However, the body is even more important than work. If we pay special attention to our body, or take good care of it, things become even better. The reason I say this is that we can see, both around us and within ourselves, many people who do not pay attention to their body for the sake of work, and as a result, their health often deteriorates.

One major problem is that the body becomes uncontrolled, meaning the person becomes irritable all the time. The point here is, if the brain does not function properly, then it becomes impossible to perform any task effectively. And if the brain is not working properly, then completing those tasks becomes useless. Therefore, keeping the brain alert and functioning well requires taking good care of the body.

So, being attentive to work is essential for us, but at the same time, we must always pay special attention to our body. We all know that health is the foundation of all happiness.
