You just think a little logically those who were trading at this support level were keeping their stop loss below 101 thousand dollars. Or if you take extreme level support then of course you are thinking that if the price of Bitcoin comes below 100 thousand dollars then it will start going up slowly from here. Due to which you placed an order at 100 thousand dollars and you gave a stop loss a little lower but even then both sides are hitting the stop loss. When the stop loss is hitting, that is, when the fuel is coming into the market, you can see that the market is recovering very quickly. Now the main thing is that the market is recovering or that the price of Bitcoin is up to 105 thousand dollars today. Will this price go up or will it go down again from here. Because there are many such records in the market, for example, when the price of Bitcoin takes a pool back, that thing means that it will continue to go up from there and there is a possibility of breaking that level from where the price was pooling back and the price coming down further. Now if we think that the price of Bitcoin has taken a good pool back from here, due to which I open a trade here because from here the price of Bitcoin will go up to 110 thousand or 112 thousand dollars again and if you do this, it will be completely stupid because if you pay close attention, you can see that the price of Bitcoin is currently in a downtrend.

If you go to the four-hour time frame of Bitcoin, you can see that a structure has been created here, for example, the price of Bitcoin crossed the level of 104 thousand dollars when it touched an all-time high, then it took a very large pool back from here and during this pool back it is creating a lower point. Now if we mark these points, you can understand that this is a lower low, in the same way, if I mark another lower low below the lower low, you can see that the price of Bitcoin has created a lower low again. Now if we want to say that since the price of Bitcoin has taken a good pool back from here, it means that the price of Bitcoin will again touch up to 110 thousand dollars or cross the all-time high and cross the level of 106 thousand dollars, which can be called a change of character in the language of SMC.

And if we say it in a traditional way, then naturally we will bring a trend line from here and we will see if this trend line is breaking because if this trend line breaks and the price of Bitcoin comes down again, then we will not be able to take an up direction trade. Whenever we are confirmed that this trend line has broken and gone up or the structure of the market has changed or the character of the market has changed, then we can plan to trade in any coin but for now we will just see which direction the market is going.
