Guatemala travel #1. The people/transport of this interesting country.

When I travel to interesting countries, it takes a few days before I stop taking photos of the landscape, the buildings and new unexpected things -- such as A BUS. I settle down after a few days and then sit somewhere out of sights to take pictures of the regular people in town. This photo comes from the inside of a coffee shop.

Then, of course the Chicken Bus. These are school buses that come from the USA. They are then renovated and decorated. People asked me afterwards if I took a Chicken Bus? No, I am a chicken -- too scared that I would get lost because they just head of in a location not posted anywhere. At night they have at least 4 colous of lights which flicker. These 2 photos were taken in the town of Antigua -- a must see place in Guatemala. It is safer here than in Guatemala city and 2 volcanoes frame the city. The architecture is stunning.
I took both the photos with my Canon 7D.
