Were they hit hard by the hurricanes that rolled through last fall? Lots of cheap deals in yhe Caribbean due to the damage. Lots of places are having issues getting back on their feet as a lot of repeat vacationers arent returning.
They got a direct hit from Maria, but almost everything is back to normal.
