Ahsoka is getting dumber and dumber.

I'm going to post more comprehensive thoughts on #Ahsoka later, but on the previous episode, Thrawn talked about how all he needed to do was to delay the Jedi long enough to finish loading the stuff they were taking with them on their star destroyer, and then leave for the other galaxy.

He made a whole speech about how time was now on his side, and he just needed basically a few more minutes - at which point, he would just leave the planet and everyone would be stranded billions of lightyears from the normal galaxy with no way home.

The only mission the Jedi have is to stop Thrawn and they've been essentially beaten - according to the story as it has been told.

Somehow, in this episode, in spite of an insane amount of urgency for Ahsoka, Sabine, and Ezra... They had time to have some lengthy conversations, Ezra built a lightsaber, and they all floated above a caravan of turtle/snail guys going like 4 miles an hour for miles and miles, even though the turtle guys have no further role in the story.

And yet somehow, when we come back to Thrawn, he not only still hasn't left yet, he seems to think it wise to send a ground assault to go meet them.

Honestly, I was fine with this show at the beginning, but it keeps getting dumber and dumber.
