RE: Outlander TV Series Review!

in #tv5 years ago

The plotting in the first two seasons is pretty good. But in later seasons, it relies more and more on improbable coincidences to move forward (many of them unrelated to the time travel element).

The inability to maintain an interesting plot for a long time is quite the issue with some of this series, this happened in series like vampire diaries. It's quite interesting though, I'll check it out

I must say, i've never sat through any Vampire series so I can't speak to that. With Sci-Fi time travel series, the butterfly effects and paradoxes tend to build more questions than seek to answer them. That however, is still more preferable to random unlikely coincidental events occurring to fit the narrative of that particular episode.

You're actually right about this, I saw 12 monkeys and I've never enjoyed the fictitious phenomenon of time travel more and till the last episode it was anxiety and curiousness at the end I was Left with more questions than answers but I enjoyed myself.

12 Monkeys the series?

The movie was absolutely stellar..

Yes 12 monkeys the series. You've seen it too?
