The movie which I can watch again and again without getting bored is 12th Fail. For me this is not just a film it is a life lesson.
It shows the real story of a poor boy who dreamed to become an IAS officer. His whole jurney was full of struggles failures and pain but he never give up. Every time life pushed him down he stood up and tried one more time. This is why the name of movie is so true to his life, he was 12th fail but he become one of the most respected officers only because of his honesty and courage.
He was born in a very poor family where education was not easy. His school was also corrupted, the teachers used to give cheating in exams and pass students in wrong way. Even police once raided the school and arrested teachers for giving cheating papers. But this boy had diffrent thinking, he was once impressed by an IPS officer who told him if you want to do real success never cheat in your life. That sentence become like a turning point for him and he promised to never follow wrong path.
After finishing school he decided to prepare for IAS. He went to Delhi and started his preparation but it was not smooth at all. He failed in exams again and again. Every time he tried he got stuck either in mains or in interview.
Many people laughed at him some told him to stop wasting time but he continued with his dream. He had strong desire to work honestly in a system where many people were dishonest. He wanted to change things with honesty and hard work.
In his hardest times he got support from his girl friend. She never left him alone. She encouraged him whenever he lost hope. She gave him confidence and told him to try one more time. That support was very important because without it he might have broken down. She gave him the feeling that he was not alone in the fight.
The most emotional part was his last and final interview. He went inside the room and judges started asking him difficult questions. They even made fun of his 12th fail background and asked him why they should select someone who failed in school. After some time they told him to go out of the room and wait. He thought maybe it was all over for him. He stood outside thinking about all his years of struggle and failure. After a while the judges called him back. They had discussed with each other and finally they selected him for IAS not because of his marks but because of the truth in his answers and the honesty in his personality. That moment was like a miracle, all his failures turned into success in one instant.
This movie touched me deeply. It shows that failing again and again is not the end it is only part of the jurney. It teaches that honesty and courage are more powerful than shortcuts. It tells us that being poor is not a barrier if we have determination. And it shows how important the support of loved ones can be in life.
Every time I feel down or hopeless I watch 12th Fail again.It gives me a new energy and it remind me that i should stand up and try once more no matter how many times i fall down. This film is not just fav for me, it is that one movie which i can see again n again without getting tired. Some movies we like but we never watch them second time, but 12th Fail is not like that. Every time i watch it feels fresh and full of inspirtation like i am watching first time. It makes me believe that courage and honesty will always win at the end even if it takes long struggle.
