My Story Today: Making Shaken Noodles for Breakfast

This morning I made mie kocok (noodle soup) for breakfast. It's a warm, spicy noodle soup with a variety of toppings to suit your taste.

The crunchy bean sprouts, fresh cucumber, rice vermicelli, and chewy flour noodles make mie kocok incredibly delicious and nutritious.

My peanut sauce adds a richer and more delicious flavor to the mie kocok. The fried and ground peanuts, combined with the other spices, provide a delicious aroma and savory flavor. I also like to add a little cayenne pepper for a stronger spicy kick.

The distinctive broth of mie kocok definitely plays a big role in making it a favorite among many! A warm, spicy broth, with a rich flavor from the broth and other spices, can make mie kocok incredibly delicious and warming. The noodle soup I make has a distinctive beef broth flavor.
