We are a UKRAINIAN community, the purpose of which is to unite all Ukrainians and friends of Ukraine. A community that works according to the rules of the platform (manual curation, support of quality content, accumulation of Steem Power on the community curation account). A community that helps to each other.

We check posts for plagiarism and other prohibited topics (child pornography, calls to terrorism, etc.) very carefully. If we find something forbidden, we punish the user with downvotes, & we write a warning about flagging next time.

We have no compulsory delegation or beneficiary for votes policy – everyone can get a 50% upvote. But for higher upvote a user should be a delegate or to write sth really useful for community.
