The Russians need to understand one simple thing — it's no longer 2022; Ukraine has the means not just to respond, but to hit hard, literally punishing an entire city.

Today the Russians killed a 12-year-old girl with yet another terrorist strike on civilians. I wrote that the principle of "an eye for an eye" is not equal proportion, but when you take from the enemy far more than he harmed you.

It would be good, for every Ukrainian girl and boy whom the Russians have been killing for more than a year and whom the population of the Russian Federation doesn't care about, to take a city from those very Russians. Deprive them of light, for example, and when they buy generators — deprive them of fuel, so that they burn fires in their yards.

Like savages: a people — cannibals, child-killers, a savage people — should be plunged into savage conditions. And the Russians have no right to open their mouths and say they weren't warned: Zelensky said yesterday that for the Kremlin's war crimes they will face a blackout in response.

If the Russians do not want to pay the bills for what their government is doing, then it would be good to end this war, as everyone proposes — from the Ukrainians themselves to the USA.
