It’s a gorgeous day here today, we’ve got blue sky, sunshine, and a nice breeze to keep us cool in our 24 C temperature, I couldn’t ask for better on a day when my handsome husband and have a lot of yard work and fencing to get done. :D

Our pretty puppy mom Karma supervising as her handsome sons Tiny and Shadow and her beautiful daughter Mya hunt for mice/grasshoppers/butterflies or whatever they were hunting this morning, they were quite intent, they even did what looked like a grid search before I called them in so I could get some weed whacking done. :D

My handsome husband locked our little herd in the main pasture so we could move the temporary fence line and put up a permanent one on the other side of our driveway for the herd. :D Well it turns out we were three posts short for the permanent fence line, thankfully we have extras of the temporary metal posts to use for now and we can still give the herd access once we’ve got it wired and the electric fence power back on. :D

A few minutes of father/son bonding for our dapper puppy dad Dakota and his handsome son Shadow while I let the chickens out of the coop, gathered their eggs, and checked the chickens’ water and food supplies. :D

It took me a few minutes, but I finally got Buddy over into the herds new area, he couldn’t figure out how to get out of the corner of the main pasture, so I had to go get him and show him the way, he’s a cute boy, but he’s not our brightest boy, although he’s always the first one to find an escape route when we have the power shut off to the electric fence, so maybe he’s very smart and just directionally challenged like me, LOL. :D

The rest of our little herd had no problem getting over into their new area, here they are enjoying the nice tall grass. :D

Once I finished mowing as close to the ditch as I felt safe doing and weed whacking the front yard/dog run area my handsome husband took over and did the ditch between both sides of our driveway for me, I couldn’t feel my hands for almost an hour after I finished. :D I didn’t realize how much vibration you feel through the weed whacker or how long it would take for sensation to come back to my hands once I stopped. :D

After finishing the yard work my handsome went over to check on our pretty Princess and her unborn calf while she soaked up the sunshine and enjoyed the breeze before she headed back over to the new area for supper. :D
