ULOG: Four Hours With No Electricity

We just had a long brownout for four hours without notice. Of course, it is understandable. There's a storm which hit our town. According to our power provider, Cenpelco, the problem is with National Grid Corporation of the Philippines. But I was wondering, some nearby towns under another electric company, there's no brownout. Some thing other customers asked from the Facebook page of Cenpelco, which was left unanswered.

The electric company has issues of bad service. They even held a survey how satisfied their customers are, which ended up with 94% who are dissatisfied. Also, expect those 6% who voted might be their employees and family members.

What's annoying is the comments from Cenpelco employees, who are supposed to be explaining, but are throwing shades, sarcastic, and even insulting their consumers. They lacked professionalism, and incompetent people.

I have plans to do tonight, but unable to do so because of the long brownout.
