Amaranthus plant :6/7/2021

Amaranthus caudatus is grown here in Africa not for the seeds but for the eatable leaves. The seed are mainly for the propagation of the plant. It can also be propagated through the stem although many people do not use this method .it commonly called green or folong for the francophone.
