There are some events that make the heart sad at the end and there are some people who meet for a short time but leave memories for years. I met one such person named Liaquat Ali Khan three years ago when he was transferred and joined my school. Liaquat Ali Khan had come to my school after getting a promotion and we worked together for about three years and today was his farewell ceremony. He was retiring from the Education Department and we organized a farewell party in his honor. Liaquat Ali Khan said that he has been associated with the teaching field for about 40 years. When he was 20 years old, he joined the Education Department as a teacher. I was very surprised to hear that he spent his entire life in teaching. But in the three years I spent with him as a teacher, I saw that he is a great person who is always full of tolerance, love, kindness, honesty, and goodness. The aim was to share love and affection among ourselves and to teach children with our dedication and hard work. Today, every student was sad and was saying goodbye to the teacher. This life is the name of separation one day. Whatever field of life a person chooses, one day he has to leave it, but leave it in such a way that the world remembers it.

I taught with many people, saw their words and actions, and saw their character. All teachers were great, but one characteristic that stood out to me the most was that Liaquat Ali Khan had a very cheerful personality. He even washed the dishes with his own hands and made tea for the teachers. Whenever there was a break and the working class four or PN or chef was not in the school, Liaquat Ali Khan would wash the dishes and make tea for the teachers with his own hands. One of Liaquat Ali Khan's hands was also a little weak, broken, due to which he could hardly hold the dishes, but he never complained and never let any teacher realize that he was making tea. He was such a great person that he would wash the dishes with his own hands, wash the tea cups, wash the plates, even make tea with his own hands and deliver it to each teacher. This is the characteristic of a great person. He never insisted that I make tea with my own hands and You people never gave me a drink when I was younger than them, in the place of their children, but they also used to make tea for me and serve it to me with their own hands. As their staff fellow and in the place of their son, I pay tribute to them for being a good and great person. I will always pray for their health, success and long life. My purpose in writing this article today is to pay tribute to this great person because whenever he reads the same article, he will definitely be happy because it is his honor and that person also deserves honor because he honored and respected every person and presented life with love and affection.

Always remember that a person does not gain respect from wealth and fame. The respect that is gained from wealth and fame is temporary. Respect is always gained by respecting. Respect is always permanent for those who respect people and live as good people in society. And as a teacher, when a person's duties are unlimited, when he has an important responsibility to build and train the new generation, when such a person is retiring from his field of life, his students are doing related work in every field of life, so his students remember him well only when he must have taught his students with hard work and dedication. I saw that all the students were both sad and happy on the retirement of their teacher because there are some teachers who lose their lives and leave their children and families with other benefits that the government gives. But it is a matter of happiness that our great teachers are retiring from their department in their own life and they are doing what they have done in their own life. Whatever facilities the government will provide to this teacher, he will definitely benefit from it. I want every person to become a good person and work hard in whatever field of life he is associated with and earn his name by working hard, working honestly so that when he retires, he will be remembered in good words.

I would also like to tell you something about the beginning and end of this event. The event started with the recitation of the Holy Quran. The students recited a Naat. Then all the teachers expressed their thoughts and paid tribute to Liaquat Ali Khan. Then I also gave a speech for him and paid tribute to him that his memory will remain with us forever. I learned a lot from him as a teacher and I would like to teach my students in my life everything that I learned from a good senior teacher. Then all the students garlanded him and put on flower garlands and met the teacher. All the students hugged the teacher and took selfies with him. Some students even took my phone and kept taking photos. These children also posted those photos on various social media. I was very happy to see how all the students were bidding farewell to their teacher and expressing their love for him. Then when all the children met, we teachers also took selfies with them. Make and take pictures and then finally the teachers gave gifts and presents to their respected teacher on the occasion of his retirement so that he would be remembered and I also gave a book as a gift to my great teacher senior teacher so that whenever he opens the pages of the book and reads, he will definitely remember me and pray for me. I want every human being to be happy and joyful and always live a happy life.

These pictures are not just pictures, but a complete story, a story of 40 years, a person who spent 40 years teaching and taught thousands of children. Those children are working in different fields of life today. These children are living successful lives in different fields of life. It is because of the hard work of this teacher because the teacher teaches his children and makes them good and capable human beings. So I would like Allah Almighty to make the children of this teacher like and successful so that he too can see the fruits and happiness of his children.

I have also learned this as a teacher from a senior teacher that if you have a lot of knowledge, then you should take advantage of it and act on your good knowledge. Knowledge is for action. Knowledge is light. It is for spreading. People who misuse their knowledge never live a successful and peaceful life. Always share your knowledge and train children well so that they can become good citizens of the society. My respected teacher Liaquat Ali Khan did the same thing for 40 years. He spread his knowledge as light and enlightened the minds of children so that they can become useful and good citizens of the society. This is the reason why many students were sad about his retirement. They wanted him to give us more time and teach us. But life is a person. A person has to retire and a person has to take part in other matters of life. So this is what I have learned. Use knowledge for benefit. Use it for the benefit of people. Use it for the benefit of society. And that benefit is that you train the new generation well with your knowledge so that they can become good citizens of the society. And this is the job of a great teacher, that he teaches the young generation the best things and makes them the best members of the nation.

The purpose of my writing today was only to pay tribute to one of my great teachers. I can briefly describe his 40-year teaching career here. Truly good people always set good examples and I have seen that only those people succeed in every field of life who treat each other with kindness and justice. People who are greedy, jealous and hateful never succeed in any field. If you want to succeed, you have to work honestly in whatever field of life you are associated with. If you do not work honestly, you will definitely succeed temporarily and reach your destination, but that destination, that success will be temporary. This is what I have learned and I will say again and again that you should spend your life as a better person. Now, in whatever society, sector or department you work in, work sincerely with it, only then will you succeed when you are sincere. The purpose of my writing is also to motivate you people to do good work, become good people, become owners of good character. Develop good morals so that your life reaches heights.
