Assalamu Alaikum, Warahmatullahi Wa Barakatuhu.

First of all, I welcome you all to my Steemit blog. After many months, I am going to write a regular article on my Steemit blog. Some due to household chores and some due to my health problems, I have not been able to give much time to Steemit. But whenever I get a chance, I visit Steemit and write my article. I hope that I will write my Steemit article on a regular basis and Insha Allah, you will all enjoy reading my blog. Today's post is about delicious natural sugarcane gandiris. We call these pieces that are made by cutting sugarcane. You all know that sugarcane is harvested in winter and harvested in winter, but this winter crop is eaten a lot in summer. What you see are sugarcane gandiris or sugarcane pieces. These are cold. They were cooled by placing them on ice. So that customers can buy it and suck it to relieve their body heat, I like these sugarcane buds very much because sugarcane is sweet and its effect is cooling and just as people drink sugarcane juice in the summer season, sugarcane juice is also extracted by sucking these sugarcane buds. Thus, these sugarcane buds are very much liked in the summer. People of all ages suck these sugarcane buds with great enthusiasm and when their juice enters the body and the stomach, it reduces the intensity of the heat.

As I have written above, the sugarcane crop is prepared in December, January and February. In most areas, the sugarcane crop is harvested in January and February. Then the farmers harvest this crop and send it to the factories and there sugar and other essential products are made from this sugarcane. Most of the sugarcane is used to make jaggery and sugar. But the month that is going on now, the month of September, is coming to an end and the month of September is a very big month. Just as we say that if the sugarcane crop is harvested in February, then it is almost seven months now. There is still sugarcane in these seven months. Since there is no such area or province in Pakistan where the sugarcane crop is prepared in summer or it is harvested in August or September, it is a great environment. You can say that because a crop was harvested seven months ago or a crop that was prepared seven months ago, people are still using it very fresh because the sugarcane that was harvested seven months ago is still fresh. They are made by peeling the sugarcane peel and making small pieces of it and then people press these pieces under their teeth and then the juice that comes out strengthens the body. In this way, the crop that was prepared seven months ago is still usable. Similarly, the jaggery prepared from the sugarcane crop is also used a lot in the summer season because the effect of jaggery is also cooling. If you grind the jaggery and dissolve it in water or mix it in water, then drinking the mixture of jaggery and water strengthens your body and the heat in the body is eliminated. In this way, the juice of the sugarcane crop, jaggery made from sugarcane and sugarcane leaves, all these things are used in abundance by people in the summer season because the intensity of the heat is very high and to remove the intensity of the heat, to protect the body from the heat of the heat and to provide strength and coolness to the body, sugarcane juice, sugarcane leaves and sugarcane leaves are used. Water made from jaggery is widely consumed.

You can see in these pictures that the person selling sugarcane stalks is selling them on ice because the heat is very high and people like to eat cold stalks. Wherever you go, you will find stalks surrounded by ice. Ice has the special feature that it keeps the stalks cool and thus the stalks remain fresh. If the stalks are not kept with ice, then they spoil quickly and then they also become hot. And then when hot stalks are eaten, they are not very tasty. Therefore, the stalks are kept on ice and in ice so that the stalks remain cool and cold stalks are very popular with customers.

But many people are deprived of eating these canes. Those who have weak teeth or who have no teeth at all or who have artificial teeth cannot suck these cane canes because it requires the strength of the teeth to suck them. Because some pieces of cane are very hard, but even those hard pieces can be sucked by people who have strong teeth. Therefore, it is also very important to be careful that if your teeth are weak and your gums are bleeding, then eating these cane canes can be very difficult or even harmful for you. Therefore, those who have weak teeth or who have artificial teeth, and especially children, should not eat these canes that are made of cane. But older children can eat them. Children who are two, three or four years old should not eat these canes that are like pieces of throat because it has also been seen that they can cause a blockage in the throat of young children. They get stuck because they don't know how to eat or suck them and they are not even sensible. Later, those children swallow them or sometimes their pieces can get stuck in the throat or in the breath of children. Therefore, they should be careful while eating them. Elderly people who have strong teeth can eat them, but elderly people who are old and have weak teeth should not eat them either because health comes first. If you get harmed by eating these nuts, it is better not to eat them than to get harmed.

This was a beautiful story about sugarcane pieces or ganderiyas. I hope that these sugarcane pieces must be sold in your area or in the country or city where you live because in Asia, especially in Pakistan, Bangladesh and India, people eat them with great enthusiasm. If you are from India, Bangladesh or any city in Pakistan, then you will definitely be happy to see these pictures that people come on carts to sell these ganderiyas or sugarcane pieces in your city or your street every day. So in my area, if there is any street or famous square where people go to buy sugarcane pieces, there are people selling these sugarcane pieces there. And especially when school holidays are coming or college holidays are coming, at that time these people selling sugarcane also stand outside the schools and the older boys, the older students, buy them. Since I have mentioned above that these can also prove to be harmful for small children, then small children Children cannot even eat them when they are two, three or four years old because they are hard. It is more difficult to suck them and break them than to bite them. So this was the story of the beautiful Ganderi. I hope you will definitely like my blog today. If you liked it, then you must tell me in the comments because life continues with engagement and if we comment on each other with love and affection, that also creates a pleasure. I hope that all of you will be well and living a happy life with your family. So I thank you all once again for taking the time to read my Steemit blog today and liking it.
