Proposal

In here i want to proposing a Add Picture in Crowdin chat to facilitate crowdin users in a they chat and make it easy to send picture to fellow users. Actually Add Picture very important in a chat.

Benefits

Add Picture is useful for Crowdin users so as to facilitate chat between users with other users. Make it easy to send Screen capture, send picture of a project and more.
