I used to have concerns about mapping and suction power until I switched to the one from https://au.roborock.com/. It's been great with pet hair and doesn't freak out around edges or rugs like my old one did. I didn’t need to mess with settings much either—it pretty much figured out my layout and got to work. You might want to check their models if you're still deciding.
