Who wants to be an average Vegan?
Third month Vegan and I am discovering many Vegan dietary articles don't discern between female and male requirements and appreciate all the help I can get. I am having difficulty retaining my strength and muscle as I lose bodyfat, let alone gaining.
What do your calories/macros look like?
