Vegan Salad and roasted veggies

I love to just throw some veggies in the oven to add to my salad🥗
Preheat over to 350F
Clean and toss your veggies in olive oil or coconut oil and seasonings. Bake for 20-25 minutes toss in with salad and enjoy!
