Black bean flour. So interesting. Though I love living in Cambodia, miss the European food health stores and their variety. The cake looks and sounds great.
When I came across it I knew I had to give it a try! I am pretty lucky here in that I can find a lot of the neat products like this, although I do drool over some of the yummy fresh local produce you can find where you are! :)
We are all lucky and happy plant-based muncher. that's for sure. Going to Europe in April so time to stock up some things to experiment with!
