Why Superman's Eyes Saved His Ass...Hulk vs. Superman Video

in #video7 years ago

Do you use F.lux? It is one of the smartest ways to help rest the eyes and brain before bed.

There are many studies that link the use of computers before bedtime as one of the causes of some sleep disorders . And, apparently, our body remains in a state of alert after using the computer, both for the metal requirement and for the visual efforts.

It is true that the light tone of our screen greatly influences our fatigue . To adapt the temperature of our monitor according to the time of day we can configure it manually, or we can install f.lux , a small program available for Windows, Mac and Linux that will do the work for us.

We just have to tell f.lux our coordinates (a search engine provides us) and the type of lighting in the room where we are and we can preview the variation of the color temperature of our monitor throughout the day . We can pause and resume f.lux because if we want to watch a movie or work with graphics it is clear that we need to see colors with all their intensity.

I have been using the program for a few days, and it is really appreciated when, for example, you read the news before going to bed or manage your tasks for the next day. Of course, if you like to relax by playing a game to your favorite game , you will also have to deactivate it temporarily .
