SC-S26W5/ Texts and Subtitles

After this practical task I knew how stressful it was to show every step used in the video; adding subtitles manually was a tedious one, but I finally learnt something very spectacular, and that was those powerful, short 'whoops' clips. I always wonderedhow that was done; I felt I missed the previous lessons. That was why I was limited to tracing where to find it. At this point I feel a bit fulfilled after putting my video on repeat. We are getting to perfection, and thanks to @anailuj1992.

The first thing I did was to add my clips in order; after arranging them, I had to watch it from beginning to end to find clips with excessive length and cut them, thus applying the previous class tools.

In between my clips I added a very captivating transition, one that differs from my video from the last class. To some clips I added my speed to make it more entertaining and eye-catching to the viewers, and to some clips I brought their volumes to zero.

TEMPLATE

In this main lesson our focus is on text and subtitles, so I aim at adding my text and it began by clicking on the text icon, after clicking on the text icon, I was asked to add my text on the default interface template and I choose the one written ball and it came out this way...

EFFECT

The next image I added was "welcome to my channel" which was effect was the button which I used, I added animation to the text and the animation was "type writing" which made it looked as if I typed while I spoke.

TEXT OPTION

	Text Option

I used the text Option more often when I inserted my subtitle manually because I had to cut, split, rearranged the text to make it align with the voiceover on my video.

STICKERS

My stickers were added to overlap on each other to make it more like a list, so I added the green tick stickers, stickers are already animated, I made the list of materials overlap each other to appear as a steady list.

SUBTITLE

Auto bilingual Subtitle would have been a nice one to use but I had one use left so I couldn't export my video because of this so I has to add subtitles to both my voiceover and the video sound during the introduction and the closure.

In auto subtitle generation there is always a mistake so be ready to correct the mistake Incase of a translation so that it stop people from understanding,

ANIMATION

If an animation is added to a text, like the in the manual addition of subtitle, I added a text and then I order to make it more lively like a text displaying in consonant with the spoken words them, I added a typing animation.

I added a front page to my video, which is similar to the image I added to the video and this image was edited with canva I am sure this will take effect on YouTube as well.
