**REPLAY** Making Banana Fritters
On my way to bed, I was going through my feed and saw a photo of donuts.
Seeing the donut photo, made me remember a photo I had seen today of banana fritters I had made in 2015.
Yes, I am that old OR those banana fritters were just that good and easy to make.
Knowing myself as I do, I could go to bed, wake up six hours later and not make them because I am too tired.
OR
I can make them now at 4:00 AM and go to bed happy.
Is there really a choice? NO!

REALLY simple!!! just make them small so the middle fries as fast as the outside. They ARE yummy!
