That looks like a great quiche. I just used an old Molokai cookbook for some pickled mangos.

Looks wonderful! I collect old or vintage cookbooks as well. My oldest is from 1925. I love reading them and cooking from them. Keep on cooking my friend, looks like your doing just fine. =0)
