Puebla is huge! I was just through there a couple times over the summer. I was shocked at the amount of vegan options available over by the university. If you drive towards Mendoza expect a steep mountain pass. That area is actually up really high, though it doesn't feel like it. Thanks for sharing your videos! It looks like a lot of work. I was going to do it on my trip, but just wanted to enjoy it instead - but, now, it's done and you're still going. Keep it up!
