I often find that videos out of Japan will not play until 12 hours later while the ones out of England usually fire right up. I'm in the Netherlands, so I think the way videos are stored and distributed/propagated may be a factor in how well they play. For certain people I follow I just wait until the next day to play their videos rather than waste time trying right away. Hope this helps, greetings!
