You are certainly right maybe a small park but the views are incredible and the park is very well kept nice place to refresh your mind and soul :)
It will be a nice sunset/sunrise place this fall and winter before it is covered in feet of snow.
I could imagine the perfect picturesque place i would love to see some sunset/sunrise from there :)
