Ha - "self drown" ... I wonder if they should come with a slightly stronger health warning!
They're not half as bad as people think ... that is as long as the instructions are followed. I tend to use water that's a little too warm but find it incredibly soothing once the scalding has healed :P
Desperation got me into using one after a few years of ENT problems causing vertigo - my doc seemed completely disinterested after 18 months of various treatments. Neti shorted it out in a week or so.
Also great if you suffer with allergies in spring time.
i've heard they really sort you out. must be brave to use one i think - gotta give it a try!
