Thanks for the tip clickinchicken - trying to drop 12 kilo in 12 weeks. Will look into the ketogenic diet. At this stage just trying to replace two meal with fruit and veggies and keep a third as your standard. You are doing very well with your weight-loss, keep up the great work. SK.
