I just had some ceviche today and of course there was squid in it, but it is very popular here and you can get it almost everywhere. Sometimes it's chewy as hell haha, but today's was perfect!

I hate selfies of myself. I really fuzz them up quite a bit in Photoshop before I post them. LOL!
hahaha @rwedegis, good idea...it takes years off! I'll have to remember that one. It's a bit like the way I only look in a mirror without my reading glasses on...I look fabulous, not a wrinkle haha
