I absolutely adore foxgloves, as they grow wild in my native Scotland. It is too hot to grow them in Florida, but I have planted them in the early spring, for a short season of enjoying them!
I love them too, next year I am going to start a whole area in my garden for them. I only had a few come up this year as I let them self seed.
You must live in a cooler climate than Florida. :-)
I do I live in western New York and perennials and biennials do well here.
Ah, yes they would! :-) The foxglove can't tolerate extreme heat, and I think it has to have prolonged freezes like the spring bulbs do.
