Oh that's very unfortunate! If you try to send it while purchasing the tickets you could have simply copy the username (See the tutorial for clarification). However, I will try to compensate your mistake by issuing additional promo codes over the time.

The problem right now is that you are trying to send with "@" sign. Remove the @ and just copy or type the username and you are good to go.
