Wonder how many of those votes for dead witnesses are from dead/dormant/inactive accounts too.

Any thoughts of having your votes time out after a period of time. You have to go in every 90 days and reaffirm your witness votes? This might keep users more engaged with voting for those they think are doing a good job.
