I agree. I also think of it in terms of a business. Like the price of Nike stock, it's price is determined by the value the market is willing to pay for it, but their product has an affect on the value potential investors will place on the stock. Eventually, Nike has to start making shoes, or making them well. For currencies, it's the same thing. At this stage, investors are banking on the potential that the currency will be in use in the future. I think we Steemians can make that happen by offering to pay Steem for goods and services and by accepting Steem for our goods and services. That will give a strong indication of future viability of the coin.
