I work out this morning
Daily morning workouts: 20–30 minutes of bodyweight exercises (push-ups, squats, planks, etc.)
Cardio 3x a week: Running, skipping rope, or cycling 🚴♂️
Healthy meals: More protein, less sugar, and plenty of water
