Good stuff keep it up, the intermittent fasting is so good for loose skin too, I was worried some parts where I have stretch marks would become saggy skin but I read how intermittent fasting, especially when you get to even longer fasts of 16-20+ hours can use excess skin and waste within cells as fuel...truly feels like a deep clean going on at a cellular level.

I did not know that about the loose skin! BONUS BABY!! If I had only known then when I was 20 what I know now, I would have never seen 400 lbs. know better now, doing better now. Gonna resteem your post!
