I got up at 5 AM, and went to the gym right away. I did dumbbell bench press and pull-ups. After that, I came back home, and took a nap for a while.

After having lunch, I went to the gym again, and lightly worked out.

By the way, my body fat ratio has been increasing. I need to strictly manage my diets.
