As soon as the weather changes, we feel like eating sweets because along with the weather, we also like sweets. So I thought why not eat jalebi, then I reached the jalebi shop and asked Bhaiya what is the price of jalebi, he said sir jalebi is ₹130 per kg I asked him sir after how much time can I get jalebi, he said sir it will take some time to get jalebi, you have to wait for 10 minutes because there are other customers standing in the queue before me That is why as soon as the season changes, people start eating Bagh Jalebi. With time, Jalebi always becomes tastier and full of pleasure, but I stand at the shopkeeper's shop and wait for my turn to come.
So first of all I learned to make jalebi because this thing is very useful because sometimes something teaches us a lot, he took a cloth, poured whatever mixture of jalebi was there in it and he started sending it out.Whatever shape you want to give to the jalebi, he would rotate it with his hand in that manner and start making it.It is good to see that he takes a lot of time but then he does another thing that is he takes his tongs and keeps turning the jalebi according to the taste He wants us to make the jalebi very hot and tasty because the taste of jalebi depends on the gum because the hotter it is the better it will taste.Wealth divides the long jalebi into two parts as this helps a lot as the jalebi heats up faster when it is in pieces
There are many different ways to make jalebi but everyone has their own method. It's very simple, making them neat and then turning them over and over to keep them warm.It will take me a lot of time to make jalebi but it takes very less time and then he asked sir how many jalebis can you give me for ₹ 50 so he started giving me 4.30 grams jalebi for ₹ 50Then he picks up the jalebi and dips it in the juice which does not take much time, after just one or two minutes, he takes out the jalebi from it and then waits for a while because the jalebi is needed After the juice drips, he takes the jalebi in an envelope and also takes water along with it because the jalebi fits nicely in the envelope and then he packs it nicely and I like the idea of packing it in it. I asked him why he keeps it open, he said sir this is jalebi, if you pack it now then it might get spoiled, let it cool down a bit so that it can be packed properly. Then I took my scooter and left for home.
