There are some tasks which are always the most difficult for me because there is always some work in the work, then it is very difficult, but still we think about it and it has been about two to three weeks.I have thought that Rate and Badarpur should be combined together and something should be found at the top because even after separating these three, it is difficult to find them at the top.This made our work with the labourers even faster because we mixed these three together and mixed them well with water and put them in the machine.For this I hired about three more labourers for the rate, 3 labourers for Badarpur, 3 labourers for the road and 3 labourers for cement.All these brothers were told that Bhaiya Ji, you have to mix everything and put it in the machine on time so that you can use it after going up.Nowadays machines are coming in such a way that they can do the work of many men alone, that is why I told everyone that they have to complete the work on time.Now whatever it looks like, you want me to do a whole day's work in three to four hours but that doesn't happen.
to digest the received materialSo we sent some workers to the third floor and two workers stayed in the middle and three workers stayed on the first floor so that the work does not stop in between.When the work starts, some people get tired, so I keep changing the location after some workers.In the afternoon I tell everyone to take some rest in which they sit for about half an hour and relax, I think they will complete it on time But again at 3:00 we started the machine again in which the work of mixing cement with sand and Badarpur started reaching the third floor. I was watching from there and everyone This work took a lot of time but I did not realize when the work was over for the whole day because I went to the third floor three to four times to check where I had reached.Because the material should not run out in between so that the machine runs continuously and then it starts again after much time after stopping
