First time painting by an untalented wanna be painter sharing his progress for the world to see
A not so happy accident on my small canvass.
I started with intense Blue plus white for the sky and then that same blue plus the one in the bottle and then green for the water.
This canvass really looks intimidating for me.
I had my first accident when I opened one jar of the paint, I thought that the seal on top is glued to the rim of the plastic container and I pressed on it and my thumb dipped to the paint with some plashed on my legs. It is good that I have a paper towel ready but my thumb and index finger nails are now stained with blue.
Anyway as I am expecting, I will never get the effect that I wanted and it turns out to be harder than it looks when t come sot applying the paint because I have such a tiny brushes and when I brush the paint, it will not make a long line but just a blot on the canvass but I also think that I chosen the wrong Blue.
The plan is to video record my progress (if I will progress) until I complete the work. Anyway the tiny brushes might for me to be so detailed on this piece which I have no talent in doing but I still have the general ideas plus maybe I am also rushing it to get finished already.
I will do it section by section and this might be my content for the time being because I am sick and tired of photography as I can't also make a photograph of other places and or objects plus I also know that people are numb enough to listen to my life's troubles with my health but I am still happy regardless because at least I can still endure my misery.
With regards to the painting I will do clouds or I might also do a Mountain but there is a work to be done about that hectic sky which I was trying to mellow down with white color but it will be what it will be and the painting's future will just be up to me, que sera, sera.

I already like the bottom part. You should use a cloth, sponge or a paper towel to wipe or dot the paint on the canvas to cover most parts.
Next you can work in layers. If the paint is still wet you can add a new layer to change the colour or mix blue with a tiny bit of black to create different colours. Look how Milan it does (see the video).
Blue fingers are part of being an artist, welcome to the club 😁

It seems that in my opinion, acrylic paint is hard to work with if you are slow because it dries-up fast Miss @wakeupkitty. That is why I am having a hard time blending the colors but I guess I still have to learn about how I apply the colors.
As much as I want to keep on painting for a longer time, my backbone is not cooperating but it seems that painting is quite fun to do, thanks for your encouragement in me venturing in this hobby.
There is so much to learn because I am starting from almost zero knowledge nor skill but it is nice to do something different in my life. This artwork that I am doing currently will indeed take a long time to complete so I needed everybody's patience including my patience to myself. 😃👍💓💓💓🌹🌹🌹
