The bets source of calcium because it has some extra minerals for my Vitamin K2 MK-7 to work effectively for me.


I always take nine 500 mg capsules of moringa with my breakfast in order to make it a nutritious because if I don't, I will just be having a little protein or none at all, and carbohydrates from either rice gruel or a piece of bread plus coffee and in small amounts of these because of my poor appetite as my dialysis treatment quality from my center is not enough to clear me off from creatinine which suppresses my appetite.

Anyway, for about three times per week I would drink Yakult which is a good bacteria drink which I use to help me digest and assimilate the Moringa powder's nutrients. The good bacteria in Yakult which in this case have an 8 Billion Lactobacilli because it is the color blue one, really acts as my second digestive system.

These good bacteria will eat the Moringa powder and then releases the more absorbable nutrients for my digestive system to absorb. The said good bacteria also fights bad bacteria in my gut thereby reducing the toxins in my gut which is produced by bad bacteria. In effect when I fart, it is not foul-smelling which is a great side-effect of consuming Yakult regularly.

Now, with my current weak bone issue caused by being a chronic dialysis patient, I still have to use calcium carbonate which acts as a Phosphorus binder so that my blood's phosphorus level would not go high and cause a further weakening of my bones.

However, it will not be that effective if my bones would not absorb Calcium which is why I have to take vitamin K2 MK-7 with it along with Magnesium to facilitate the porting of Calcium to my bones and not to the parts of my body which should not get Calcium otherwise I will get problems of calcification of my soft tissues which actually occurred already in the past. Now I am already preventing the further damage by taking in the said Calcium-Vit K2-MK7-Magnesium plus vitamin D3 combination to get a better bone and heart protection.

Although my meal is not perfect, the added nutrition I include as mentioned works for me and you as well if you want a well-nourished body for that better health and better life we need.
