I am much better with my fluid consumption control now because it lessens my IDH events during my dialysis

Last Monday I arrived with a weight of 36.5 Kg or something like that which is why I asked for a 2.2 Kg of extra fluids to be removed from my system for my dialysis treatment during that early morning. I actually lessened the amount to be removed from 2.3 down to just 2.2 because I am worried that the head nurse would jack-up the sodium pump which will definitely make me thirsty which is a problem if you are really controlling your fluid intake because it is a given fact that if your blood has a high amount of sodium, it will not only make your blood pressure high but also make you thirsty considering that at dialysis , the can add salt in your blood.
Now, even with that small amount of water being removed from my blood, I happen to get so lightheaded after my nurse had made some contingencies, i.e., infusing NSS in my blood. The last time it happened my blood pressure recovered and I finished my treatment session but last Monday my blood pressure dropped not in dangerous levels but enough for me to throw the towel and called it quits because my vison is already blacking-out.
It is indeed a really scary situation because a few seconds later I will literally lose my bowel control and pass-out either dead or lose consciousness. Losing your "Wisdom" during dialysis happens a lot to susceptible dialysis patients especially those which can't communicate well or do not know what is happening while they are hooked-up to the dialysis machine. That is why some patients cannot be prescribed with dialysis otherwise they will die from not being able to say what they feel on order for the nurses to react to the complications like lightheadedness accordingly.
Anyway, after my nurse had infused NSS to my system two times and me not feeling that my blood pressure had improved, I immediately told them to terminate the treatment so that the lightheadedness would stop. In these instances where lightheadedness is involved, they would infuse some more NSS fluids in order to give more volume to the patient's blood to raise the blood pressure some more.
My blood pressure returned to normal just before my blood got totally returned from the blood lines. It seems that whenever I feel hot enough to make me perspire that my blood pressure goes down. I don't know why it happens but maybe my veins and arteries opens up and causes my blood pressure to drop although it didn't went down to 70s but what I felt was that it reached that level.
It helps when I would arrive at the dialysis center to be still relatively light enough for me to ask for a lesser fluid removal because it prevents me from suffering from bouts of IDH which nobody likes because for the nurses it will make them do more work, the patient may die, and then a new protocol was made as well from my dialysis center that blood sugar test will be taken and that is not free of charge. Then, not completing the dialysis treatment is not also good because it will not make the cleaning of blood as relatively better compared to when you complete it.
The only downside for my dialysis now was my strict fluid control because I can't consume more liquids considering that I get three times a week of treatment. I can only be more liberal for my fluid consumption if I will opt-in for a more frequent dialysis session but it is time-consuming and will deplete my dialysis treatment package allocation from my health insurance. That is why I must maintain my health management and control if I want to feel better in-between my dialysis treatment days. It is how my life is, hard to say the least.
