I usually do not catch coughs for a long, long time now and I am worried that this could be Pneumonia, it it is well then I can just take some antibiotics but of course with a doctor's prescription. It usually resolves for about a few days because often times the antibiotics prescribed to me are strong, to be taken for about seven days.

But the inconvenience of coughing is truly hard for me. Now I am just observing if I will experience fevers and further coughing-out yellow sputum or phlegm. Now I am using lozenges to help me with my itchy throat.

I guess that this is a result of discontinuing my vitamins like vitamin C and my Moringa powder which I was already thinking to resume them because my resistance seems to get affected because like I mentioned, I typically do not catch coughs. The last time that I had it was when my niece is still a toddler and that is about more than a decade and a half ago.

Hey @cryptopie, wishing you a speedy recovery! It's never fun feeling under the weather, especially when it involves that persistent cough. Your detailed description makes it relatable, and I'm sure many Steemians can empathize with your situation.

I appreciate you sharing the possible cause (discontinued vitamins) and your proactive approach to observing symptoms. Thanks for the reminder about the importance of self-care and maintaining a strong immune system. Feel better soon! I'll be looking out for an update on your progress.
