I was placed on an early morning treatment schedule coinciding with meeting with visiting church brethren afterwards

It gave me a temporary dilemma about changing my dialysis schedule because a group from my church (MCGI.org) is supposed to visit me in the morning while during this day of the week I am set to go for my dialysis in that same hours and will not comeback home until at least past 2:00 PM.
But my nurse who does the scheduling surprised me after telling me that mu schedule for dialysis will be at 4:00 AM and I will get home by around 9:00 AM which I did. But by the time that I got back home the local church Choir and officers are already inside our compound and is ready to sing me some inspirational church songs while we are waiting for the entourage of the other brethren which would grant me my mobility aid request, the lightweight wheelchair which I did received to day along with a big bag of rice and some financial support.
They asked me what I do need and I couldn't think of anything but my problem of transportation if for example my father will not be able to drive me because he is sick or if not that reason the roads will be impassable which happens from time to time because of the location of our town being in a low-lying area.
I was also seen by the doctor and asked what medicines which I needed and I just stated the ones that I am using which are just food supplements like Ketoanalogue and vitamins specially formulated for dialysis patients. I also said that I needed my phosphate binder and a meal replacement supplement which is actually prescribed for me to use because of my small body weight. The doctor told me that they will refer me to a gastroenterologist to asses and maybe treat my Hepatitis C condition which I really want to get rid if God wills it for me.
