If my budget for the new house will be just right it will give me more fund for its solar power source

The new house will only have two rooms, one for me and one for my parents and I have no plans to ready it for getting a second floor which means that the posts of the house will just be enough to support the walls of the house but of course keeping in mind that the structural integrity of the tentative house will be tough enough to withstand earthquakes while the roofing will be handled by a company which does that job according to my brother which will supervise the construction of the new house along with her wife, my sister-in-law.

I could have opted-in for having a second floor, extra rooms, balcony and extra spaces for me to hang-around with but it will just take too much funding plus the time it will take to finish it. I don't know but it seems that I am eager to have it completed especially my mother who is the reason why I wanted a new house because she told me that it was her wish and dream to have a new house before she dies and now she will get her dream house done thanks be to God.

The new house will be small and there is a house that my mother saw that have a second floor and didn't get as expensive as I was expecting like what I had put a budget on for the new house which is why I am quite happy about it because I might get a much better capacity solar power setup to power the house afterwards so that we can enjoy free energy coming from the Sun.

The return on investment for Solar power now is much quicker because as my brother had told me, the cost for a five Kw Solar setup is 250K PHP, now it is around 130K. If that were so, then I can opt-in for getting the ten Kw capacity which will power all our electricity needs and I am hoping that it can carry the load of a couple of A/C in both my room and my parent's room and I have to see if it will work.

For sure a higher capacity solar power, i.e., many solar panels will do the job and based on my very rough estimate, it will take a ten Kw capacity of I will have to run a few A/C units in the house and if we will cook using electric stove and watch programs from the Smart TV which I do not have at the moment, and then run the refrigerator and then the lights as well. Again I still have to see how it will work but I net it will because using the A/C I think will not be 24 hours or at least not for my parent's bed room and in the living room too but my goal is to have the Solar power to give us the necessary power or credits to run these appliances without worrying about paying the electricity bills anymore.

That is the reason why I wanted the house to get finished because I will for certain lessen the worry of my parents about paying for electricity while enjoying the safety, function, security, better well-being, and comfort of the new house God-willing. In that way they will just enjoy their pension money without getting slashed by electricity bills which here in my country is the most expensive compared to out neighboring countries which makes the people wanting to have a nuclear power plant to get developed so that it will give us more affordable electricity but it will take ages for it to become a possibility to happen. BUt now a better alternative can be used by at least people which can afford it.
