I'm surprised that my church locale brethren gave me Ketorex, I love the feeling of being loved

Yes, there is an image of a dog, like that cite creature from the classic movie "Neverending story".

Yesterday, one of the officials or leaders of groups in our local church (MCGI.org) went by to check me out to see how I am doing, just like a friend which cares, and handed me over a box of Ketoanalogues which came in a different brand. I thank God a million times because it helps me a lot although I already bought a box before my brethren was able to buy me one. So I was a bit surprised that they just took time, effort, and money to support me with this important food supplement.
But a few days ago I got a message from our local church "worker" (Pastor/priest equivalent) if I still have the food supplements which I am taking and I answered to her that I still have some but not with the Ketoanalogues. I gave her the prescription via private message in Messenger which she thought was a prescription medicine and said to me she thought that I was not taking medicines but food supplements only. I told her that it was not a medicine but in fact a food supplement but if you will purchase it, you will have to show a prescription.
I told my brethren not to worry about me anymore because I can already support myself with these things which I needed. But because we are thought to support each other particularly the sick, elderly, and the needy by our presiding minister and his "coworkers" in MCGI, I would see myself in the receiving end by their love, support, and assistance like they are telling me, "just call my name and I'll be there."
It is really good for my mental well-being to know that if I will ever need some help, that there will not be only a few people that can lend a helping hand in times of need. That is why with the impending flood event which can happen any time this wet and rainy season, I can just message our local church worker and they will be the ones coordinating to give me a transport service.
Sometimes our free ambulance if not the other service vehicle from our Barrio will not be available in those crucial times that we need it, so this welcome support given by my church if that same particular instance will happen, is truly had given us with my parents a big sigh of relief. That is the only thing that I am requesting from my church brethren because it is an utmost importance for me to get my dialysis treatment sessions no matter what happens in the outside world, come rain or shine or even a major holiday, the dialysis sessions continues because lives are being saved, again and again.
