My blood pressure went down again today and I will have a backlog of fluids to be removed next treatment sessions

The thing at dialysis which I always being afraid of was my tolerance to dialysis being low. Today at my clinic my blood pressure went down again so the nurses have to mitigate so that I can at least finish the treatment session which I did because they added saline solution to my system to correct the feeling of being lightheaded. But they have to stop the fluid removal from the point of time where there is still forty-five minutes until the end of treatment time.

I have no idea what the cause of my blood pressure crash although I felt better again after the nurse had done what she supposed to do based on their guidelines and experience. Also my feet are elevated at the same time to help my blood pressure to recover which I say again, went of after just a minute or two when the nurse responded to my alert call.

I finished the session but again, my thirst would be burning enough to make me drink like a Camel after going home. So I am close to being waterlogged again so I have to do something to let me reduce water from my body otherwise my lungs will get affected.

The weather now is not enough to make me perspire substantially but I hope the tomorrow it will be hot and not rain so that I can wear my sauna suit and let some water and salt out from my body through perspiration.

Right now my heart is beating fast because I drank all the coffee I bought from home to the dialysis center and I nearly consumed it all but is only about a glass of coffee. The reason that I was drinking it was to make my heart beat better so that I can avoid the hypotension but my heart did beat hard, too hard for comfort. The dialysis process is supposed to reduce the effect the caffeine but since the cleaning quality of dialysis from our center, my heart sort of ached a bit which scared me.

But I know that it is only because I have some extra water from my body that caused the palpitation. But still my blood pressure dropped regardless so now I am nearly full of water again because 600 mL was not removed and although it seems to be a small amount of water, the things is I am already waterlogged and any additional water on my body would give me a problem about my breathing. Now I will again do what I need to do to avoid complications, this weekend will be too long for me again to wait for my next dialysis session.
